Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Aircraft Dispatch Ground Instructor to deliver our
certification curriculum through both live learning via Zoom and in-classroom instruction. The ideal
candidate will possess strong teaching skills, a passion for aviation, and the ability to engage and inspire
students.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver Aircraft Dispatch Certification curriculum both in a classroom setting and via Zoom.
● Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure student comprehension and
retention of material.
● Prepare students for FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certification exams by providing comprehensive
instruction and support.
● Develop and update instructional materials to align with the latest industry standards and
regulatory changes.
● Perform administrative duties related to course management and student progress tracking.
● Foster a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged and supported.
● Participate in program development activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Guest host Zoom sessions for prospective and current students as needed.
Qualifications:
● Current Aircraft Dispatch Certificate and Ground Instruction Certificate preferred.
● Demonstrated experience in teaching or instructing in an aviation-related field.
● Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and operational control in flight operations.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to accommodate varying schedules (Full-time availability required: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.,
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
