This role combines technical expertise with client service excellence, ensuring all flights are conducted in accordance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations while maintaining the premium standards that define [Company]'s reputation in private aviation.

Where You Make Your Mark As a Captain at [Company], you'll lead flight operations while ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and safety. Here's what your role encompasses:
Flight Operations & Safety Leadership
Conduct aircraft operations in accordance with Flight Operations Manual and company policies
Lead assigned flight crew in all operational duties and provide mentorship to First Officers
Maintain current proficiency and competence as required crewmember on assigned aircraft type
Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations
Ensure compliance with flight/duty time limitations and rest periods per established policies
Client Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver premium service experiences that exceed aircraft owner and passenger expectations
Foster outstanding client business relations through professional, friendly, and efficient response to travel needs
Coordinate client requests for itinerary changes with Operations Control Center
Ensure seamless preflight briefings and in-flight service that reflect [Company] standards
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor that represents our brand excellence
Aircraft Systems & Maintenance Coordination
Review Flight/Maintenance logs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordinate with maintenance personnel
Ensure preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing accomplished per established policies
Document engine trend monitoring data as requested by Maintenance Department
Verify current manuals, charts, and equipment are on board aircraft
Coordinate with maintenance personnel for accomplishment of required maintenance
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all flight, aircraft, and passenger records are completed accurately and timely
Perform duties of Ground and In-flight Security Coordinators per 40 CFR 1544.215(b-c)
Ensure crew and passengers have valid documentation for international travel
Conduct international arrivals and departures in compliance with applicable regulations
Ensure no unauthorized personnel manipulate aircraft controls
Strategic Growth & Special Projects
Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to [Company]'s continued growth and success
Participate in safety management system initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Support fleet standardization efforts and best practice development
Contribute to training programs and mentor development for junior crew members
Represent [Company] professionally at company events and client interactions

What Will Make You Successful Required Skills & Experience:
ATP Certificate required
Current First-Class Medical Certificate
3,000 hours total flying time
1,500 hours total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
500 hours Multi-Engine PIC time
250 hours PIC time in CE-525B type
250 hours Turbine PIC time
Completed initial or recurrent training in required CE-525B type within preceding 12 months
Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91
Valid state driver's license and passport
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
