Responsibilities:
Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the affected departments; including ensures production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met
Ensures products meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to customer’s instructions.
Work alongside a team with a Hands-on approach.
Excellent planning and coordination skills
Outstanding communication skills
Hands-on approach
Ability to work 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
Must have a valid driver's license
Computer literate
