[Company] is currently seeking a qualified candidate as a Flight Instructor Pilot. This position will abide by [Company] standards and policies. The instructor pilot will deliver ground school and simulator training during Initial, Recurrent or specialty training courses to our customers. The ideal candidate will focus on Customer progress and performance with a tailored approach to specific training that includes Lesson Planning, classroom and Simulator set-up, and upkeep of current publications and training materials. Travel might be required on an occasional basis
Duties and responsibilities:
Conduct SIC flight support for trainees at [Company]
Maintain competency in the type rating you're providing support pilot duties for
Maintain a high level of professionalism and CRM at all time
Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Education & Experience:
Instrument airplane and multi-engine ratings
Ability to work in a team environment and support cultural diversity
Long term approach to relationships within clients and [Company] personnel
Office and Simulator cockpit environment. May have some light lifting required up to 30lbs. May require prolonged periods of sitting, standing or walking.
