Job Opportunity: Hawker Pilots – Direct Entry Captains & First Officers
Location: South Florida
Company: ARGUS Platinum Certified Part 135 Operator
We are a well-established Part 135 operator based in South Florida, managing a fleet of 10 jets who are primed to grow the company to 20 jets by the end of 2025. We are seeking experienced pilots to join our team as HS-125 type rated Direct Entry Captains or non-type rated First Officers, with opportunities for quick upgrades.
Compensation:
Direct Entry Captain: Starting at $150,000 – $165,000 per year, plus additional compensation available. Comprehensive company benefits (to be discussed during the interview).
First Officer: Starting at $80,000 per year. Potential to earn more based on experience.
Duty Rotations:
Local Pilots (residing in or willing to relocate to South Florida): 10 days on duty, 5 days off.
Commuting Pilots (home-based): 15 days on duty (including travel days) and 11 days off.
Reserve Days: Reserve days may be scheduled between duty off and on days based on operational needs.
Minimum Requirements:
1. FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) or Commercial Pilot Multi Engine (CPL ME).
2. FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
3. Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
4. At least 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
5. Minimum of 1,000 hours turbine time.
6. No international travel restrictions.
7. No accidents, incidents, or FAA sanctions within the past 5 years.
8. For Direct Entry Captains only:
Proficiency Check on type within the last 36 months.
