Opportunity Overview
An aircraft management company is seeking highly qualified Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet contract pilots to join a pilot pool supporting Part 91 flight operations.
This opportunity is limited to pilots who:
Are currently based in the Nashville area
Have extensive, specific experience in the Cirrus Vision Jet (SF50)
Approved candidates may be added to a pilot pool and will work directly with owner/operators as flying opportunities arise. There are no guarantees or estimates regarding flight frequency.
This is not an employment position and does not imply any minimum level of flying.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Pilot in Command for Part 91 operations in the SF50 Vision Jet
Ensure all flights are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations
Perform thorough preflight and post-flight inspections
Maintain accurate flight, duty, and aircraft-related records as required
Coordinate with aircraft owner/operator regarding scheduling, trip planning, and operational considerations
Maintain personal pilot qualifications, training, and currency in the SF50
Minimum Requirements:
Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
Instrument rating and SF50 type rating *through Cirrus Aircraft
Minimum 1,200 total flight hours
1,000 hours PIC in retractable gear aircraft
500 hours in the SF50 Vision Jet (make and model)
Successful completion of SF50 recurrent training *at a Cirrus Factory School within the last 12 months
Willingness and ability to maintain own SF50 currency and recurrent
Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset
Must reside within 45 minutes of Nashville, TN
