The Corporate Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring passenger safety while delivering an elevated luxury travel experience. The successful candidate will manage all cabin operations, catering, passenger service, and onboard safety functions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
This role requires the ability to operate independently, anticipate passenger needs, and support a dynamic international schedule that often includes short-notice travel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Cabin Safety & Compliance
Conduct preflight, inflight, and post-flight cabin inspections.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable international aviation standards.
Deliver passenger safety briefings and operate emergency equipment when required.
Maintain proficiency in emergency response procedures and cabin safety training.
Ensure all cabin documentation, manuals, and equipment remain current and compliant.
Passenger Service
Provide personalized VIP service to executives, corporate clients, and distinguished guests.
Prepare and execute premium food and beverage service.
Coordinate worldwide catering orders and special dietary requests.
Maintain a pristine cabin environment before, during, and after each flight.
Anticipate passenger preferences and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Manage luxury amenities, onboard inventory, and catering supplies.
International Operations
Coordinate with FBOs, handlers, caterers, customs officials, and ground transportation providers globally.
Support international missions involving customs, immigration, and security requirements.
Maintain awareness of international protocols and cultural considerations.
Assist with trip preparation and passenger travel arrangements as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 3 years of corporate aviation, private aviation, or luxury hospitality experience.
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility.
Ability to obtain visas and international travel clearances when required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips.
Reside within 1-hour of KBCT
Preferred
Previous experience on large-cabin business aircraft.
Experience aboard Global Series, Gulfstream, Falcon, or equivalent aircraft.
FACTS, Aircare, FlightSafety, or equivalent Corporate Flight Attendant training.
Fine dining, luxury hospitality, or executive service background.
Multilingual capabilities.
Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and executive leadership teams.
Regulatory Knowledge
Candidates should possess knowledge of:
International aviation procedures and ICAO standards
Corporate aviation cabin safety practices
International customs and immigration procedures
VIP security and confidentiality protocols
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in confined cabin spaces.
Ability to perform emergency duties and operate safety equipment.
Ability to travel extensively and remain away from home for extended periods.
