We are a privately owned family business with 2 aircraft and hangar operated out of Nashville, TN, under a Part 91 certificate. Our top priorities are safety, top-notch maintenance, and accurate service. We are in search of a Full-Time Challenger 3500 Captain to join our busy operation.
Position Overview:
As a Captain for our Challenger 3500, you should be a standout teammate while seeking excellence in your own performance with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating the Challenger 3500 aircraft.
- To operate with the family's values as well as the process and procedures agreed to.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and post-flight debriefings to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
Qualifications:
- ATP certificate with Challenger 3500 type rating or comparable aircraft
- Minimum of 1500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time with 3000 total hours.
- First class medical required.
- Able to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
- Adaptability to pivot as the principal requests.
- Valuable decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate within a 2 hour drive of Nashville, TN.
