Job Title: Lear 60 Captain

Pay Range: $130,000 - $180,000
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lear 60 Captain to join our Fort Lauderdale-based team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence. This is a non-commutable position, and candidates must reside within one hour of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or be willing to relocate within one hour of the airport.
Responsibilities:
Operate the Lear 60 in compliance with all FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards
Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including flight planning, weather briefings, and aircraft inspections
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all phases of flight
Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and other operational staff to ensure on-time departures and schedule adherence
Stay current with Lear 60 training and meet currency requirements
Complete administrative tasks related to flight operations and maintain accurate logbooks and records
Requirements:
Current LR60 Type Rating
Recent experience and currency with the Lear 60
ATP Certificate with valid Medical Certificate
Minimum flight hours as required by company and regulatory standards
Proven knowledge of FAA regulations, flight safety protocols, and best practices
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Must live within one hour of FLL or be willing to relocate
