The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our flight operations. You will be responsible for flight planning, monitoring, and coordination, ensuring all flights operate smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.
• Flight Planning: Develop comprehensive flight plans according to EASA requirements, considering factors such as weather, NOTAM, airspace restrictions, aircraft performance, and passenger requirements.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with pilots, ground staff, and other departments to ensure all aspects of flight operations are aligned.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all flights comply with national and international aviation regulations, including EASA regulations.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor flights in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Third-Party Coordination: Serve as the main liaison with third-party providers, including ground handling services, permit providers, and catering companies, to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for each flight, and any issues are resolved promptly.
