Our operation plays an important role in transporting both guests and staff to and from Laucala Island, offering a unique opportunity to live and work in one of the most welcoming environments in the region.
We operate a mixed fleet of Beechcraft King Air 350i aircraft and a Beech 1900D, supporting the resort and guests with regular flights. Due to continued development within our operation, we are seeking professional Captains to join our close-knit team based in Nadi.
About the Role: Operations and Flying
This is a diverse position within a small and collaborative aviation team. While flying duties form the core of the role, you will also contribute to other operational tasks across [Company]. Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
ATPL(A).
Class 1 Medical.
Minimum 2000 hours total time.
Type rating on either the Beechcraft 1900D or the King Air 350 (essential).
Five to ten years of experience in commercial aviation operations.
High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail.
Strong customer service focus.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally in a charter environment.
Preferred Experience
Check and Training experience, with simulator instruction experience highly desirable.
Experience developing SOPs, company manuals, and operational standards.
Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems.
Experience working within a small team where broader operational support is required.
