We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused, and service-oriented Captain for a full-time position operating a Phenom 300 in a private Part 91 corporate flight department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the aircraft while providing exceptional service to company executives and guests.
This is a Part 91 corporate position with a strong emphasis on professionalism, flexibility, discretion, and sound aeronautical decision-making. Candidates must reside within a two-hour commute of the aircraft's base in Houston, Texas, or be willing to relocate.
Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) of the Phenom 300.
Conduct all flight operations in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Coordinate with passengers, flight department personnel, FBOs, maintenance providers, and vendors to facilitate seamless travel.
Perform flight planning, weather analysis, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, and administrative duties as required.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding service to passengers.
Be available for a flexible schedule, including overnight travel, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
Applicants must possess:
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating.
Current First or Second Class FAA Medical.
Phenom 300 PIC type rating.
Valid U.S. Passport.
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Minimum 3,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
Minimum 2,000 hours PIC time in multi-engine aircraft.
Minimum 1,000 hours PIC time in turbojet aircraft.
Minimum 250 hours in the Embraer Phenom 300 make and model.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
Previous Part 91 corporate aviation experience.
Previous single-engine turboprop operational experience.
Current Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI, CFII, and/or MEI).
Strong customer-service and executive-flight-department experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass all required background checks.
Must reside within two hours of Houston, Texas or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
