Seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Challenger 300/350 captain responsible for the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation of the aircraft, ensuring full compliance with all 14 CFR regulations and company policies and procedures.
Well-qualified candidates will serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for two-pilot crew operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Challenger 300/350 Pilot in Command (PIC) in accordance with 14 CFR Part 135 regulations.
Ensure all flight operations are conducted in full compliance with FAA regulations, Company Manuals, and internal procedures while maintaining an excellent customer service experience for our clients.
Interact with clients to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional flight experience.
Perform flight planning, dispatch coordination, aircraft cleaning, stocking, and oversee the loading/unloading of baggage and equipment, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
Complete successful pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.
Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and codes of conduct.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
FAA Multi-Engine Land Rating
FAA First Class Medical Certificate
CL-300 PIC Type Rating (Highly Preferred)
5,000 Hours Total Flight Time
2,000 PIC Hours
1,000 Multi-Engine PIC
250 PIC Time in Type (Highly Preferred)
Valid US Driver's License
Valid US Passport
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Must not have any ineligible TSA criminal offenses.
