Chief Pilot – New Flight School & Time Building Program ✈️

We are seeking an experienced Chief Pilot to join our team and take a leadership role in both our current Time Building program and our upcoming FAA Part 141 flight school (currently on the FAA waiting list). This is a unique opportunity to oversee operations today while preparing to shape the structure of a future 141-approved academy.

Minimum Requirements:

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating (ATP preferred)

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI preferred)

• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time

• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine (preferably Piper Aztec experience)

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Strong leadership, safety management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee our Time Building program, ensuring professional supervision, scheduling, and safety standards

• Lead the preparation and compliance efforts for the FAA Part 141 school certification process

• Supervise and mentor instructors and students

• Maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations and training standards

• Coordinate with management and FAA inspectors as required
