Competitive Pay and Incentives:
Base salary of $201,000 with total compensation of over $225,000 first year
Daily and annual pay incentives, including:
Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $1,150
Holiday Pay: $800.
Domestic Per Diem: $75; International Per Diem: $120.
Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.
Location: Home Based (Candidates must reside in the eastern half of the United States, generally Texas and states east, due to operational coverage and travel-response requirements)
Schedule: Dedicated crew rotation with flexible scheduling coordination

About this Role:
Your Role as Captain
As Pilot-in-Command, you are responsible for the safe, compliant, and seamless execution of every mission, while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures
Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with your crew
Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards
Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with Northern Jet standards
Complete required administrative and operational documentation

PIC Minimum Qualifications
Larger swept-wing jet aircraft experience required
3,000 Total Time
1,500 PIC Time
500+ hours of Multi-Engine Time
Current 1st Class Medical
Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License
