The Sales Executive is responsible for developing relationships with prospective Owners and influencers to sell the NetJets portfolio of products while also acting as a trusted consultative partner to existing NetJets Owners in order to have a detailed understanding of their needs. The ultimate measure of success for the Sales Executive is the performance relative to New Business quota through the sale of NetJets Shares and Jet Cards to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Additionally, the Sales Executive is measured against a quota for Existing Business sales which includes card and share renewals, trades, and add-on hours. This position will be primarily based in the greater Westchester/Fairfield County area.
Develop and create new client relationships through process of prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services
Helps develop the NetJets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships
Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network
Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner
Works with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, IntelliJet2 and other systems
Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
