The Aircraft Management Support Staff ensures effective coordination and Level I support across multiple business units, including Flight Operations, Training, and Administration, as well as related operational and technical matters. This includes managing clients’ technical requests, such as aircraft upgrades, connectivity installations, and cabin refurbishments.
The position reports directly to the VP Aircraft Management. The role involves responding to aircraft management-related inquiries and supporting client requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
In addition, the Aircraft Management Support Staff assists with monitoring and follow-up activities, working closely with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper handling and resolution of all matters.
As an Aircraft Management Support, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Aircraft Management Support
Support the Aircraft Management department on client queries
Be a focal point for clients and coordinate with all departments for all Level I subjects
Aircraft Maintenance & Technical Coordination
Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events across assigned aircraft
Cost Control & Budget Management
Support MCS team as required on Review maintenance quotes, work scopes, and invoices for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
Track maintenance conditions (credit, specific conditions) against approved quotes
Stakeholder Coordination
Interface with charter sales, operations, and crewing departments to minimize operational disruption
Coordinate with insurance, warranty providers, and OEM support programs where applicable
Support aircraft owner meetings and reporting with technical input
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in aircraft management, maintenance coordination, CAMO, or MRO environment
Strong knowledge of business aviation aircraft (e.g., Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, Airbus ACJ, Boeing BBJ)
Solid understanding of continuing airworthiness requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple aircraft simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Strong technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance programs
Commercial awareness and cost-control mindset
Clear and professional communication skills with owners, crews, and vendors
Ability to perform under pressure, including AOG and time-critical scenarios
