Position: Full-Time Pilot, Challenger 3500

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and service-oriented full-time pilot for a privately operated Bombardier Challenger 3500 based in Orlando, Florida. This role supports a private family office and investment office with domestic and international travel needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong Part 91 experience, excellent judgment, and the discretion, flexibility, and polish expected in a principal-focused private aviation environment. This person should be proactive, calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable working closely with the principal, family office, investment team, aviation team, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-time pilot on a Challenger 3500 based in Orlando.

• Ensure safe, compliant, and professional flight operations at all times.

• Support domestic and international travel for the principal, family members, executives, and approved guests.

• Coordinate with the other pilot, family office, investment office, schedulers, FBOs, maintenance providers, and vendors.

• Support trip planning, weather review, routing, fuel planning, aircraft readiness, and operational logistics.

• Monitor aircraft maintenance status and coordinate with maintenance providers and service partners.

• Help ensure the aircraft is clean, stocked, catered, prepared, and presented to a high standard.

• Maintain all training, medical, currency, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and service.

• Be flexible with changing schedules, including occasional short-notice trips.

• Represent the principal and family office with professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Challenger 300/350/3500 type rating required.

• Minimum of 500 hours on the Challenger 3500 required.

• Minimum of 1,000+ total hours across Challenger aircraft models required.

• Significant Part 91 private aviation experience strongly preferred.

• Prior family office, investment office, high-net-worth, or owner-operated aircraft experience preferred.

• ATP certificate preferred.

• Current First Class Medical.

• Strong safety record and excellent professional references.

• Domestic and international operating experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

• Must be willing to be based in or relocate to Orlando, Florida.
