This position will be on site at our facility located in: Cisco, TX. You will be required to live within a 45-minute drive of Cisco, TX.

Position Summary: The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on company aircraft with a primary focus on Bombardier Global Express models. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience maintaining Global Express aircraft and a strong understanding of business jet systems and operations. Helicopter experience is a plus, as the position may occasionally support rotary-wing maintenance activities.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Bombardier Global Express aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues and perform corrective actions.
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections including phase checks, troubleshooting discrepancies, and component replacement.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all documentation complies with FAA and company requirements.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the hangar and work areas.
Collaborate with flight crews, maintenance control, and management to ensure aircraft readiness and operational efficiency.
Support helicopter maintenance operations as needed.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) Certificate highly desired.
Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with 2+ years specifically on Bombardier Global Express aircraft.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems including avionics, hydraulics, engines, and structures.
Helicopter maintenance experience preferred (Bell, Airbus, or similar).
Must be able to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment under time constraints.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Experience with other Bombardier business jets (Challenger, Learjet).
Familiarity with CAMP or similar maintenance tracking programs.
Prior corporate aviation or Part 91 operational experience.
Working Conditions:
Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, climb, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting and carrying.
Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels and demonstrate manual dexterity and be able to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
