Seeking a pilot for the safe operation of an Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft that will act as the Second in Command (SIC), assist the captain in making decisions regarding flight management, ensure compliance with FAA regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to passengers while maintaining the highest safety standards; key duties include pre-flight inspections, communication with air traffic control, and managing the flight crew during operations. Key Responsibilities:
Safe Flight Operation: Primary responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Phenom 100 aircraft.
Pre-Flight Inspections: Thoroughly inspect the aircraft before each flight to ensure airworthiness and compliance with maintenance standards.
Flight Planning: Develop and executing flight plans, considering weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and fuel requirements.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with air traffic control, cabin crew, and ground personnel..
Passenger Service: Provide a professional and courteous service to passengers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Compliance: Adhere to all FAA regulations, company operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Logbook Maintenance: Accurately document flight details, including weather conditions, fuel usage, and any incidents.
Required Qualifications:
Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ATP certificate
1000+ Hours of total time with turbofan/turbojet experience
Type Rating for Embraer Phenom 300 ***Preferred but not Required
Valid Medical Certificate (First Class)
Significant experience as a pilot, including multi-engine aircraft experience
Strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in critical situation
PILOT MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO A 90 MINUTE RADIUS OF KOPF****
Schedule:
Candidate will be placed on a flexible schedule starting with a base 8 on 6 off with ability to request time off outside of base schedule
Pilot will receive 14 Vacation days each calendar year
On standby days where no trip is pre-assigned, the pilot may be on standby at his/her own residence
Bonus Pay:
Each day the pilot flies he/she will receive a set per diem on top of the assigned salary
Any day worked outside of the base schedule will receive overtime pay at assigned rate
Any major holiday worked will receive 1.5x the overtime rate assigned to the position
