Specializing in Gulfstream business jets, you’ll be part of a crew that values precision, teamwork, and pride in getting the job done right.
The position can be part of our day shift (Monday-Friday) or permanent aftnoon evening work pattern (Tuesday-Friday, 12.00 - 11.00 p.m.) additional compensation CHF 600,- monthly.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform Maintenance Tasks: Independently carry out inspections, repairs, and modifications with precision and efficiency.
- Be Accountable: Take responsibility for the work you complete, ensuring it meets the highest safety and quality standards.
- Solve Problems: Spot issues, report defects, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Keep Records: Accurately document all work performed, maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with your peers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure aircraft readiness and smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (EASA, FAA, or equivalent) with type rating for Gulfstream aircraft.
- Proven experience in business jet maintenance, with a strong focus on Gulfstream models.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
