Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the Flight Operations team to meet goals in safety, security, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure operational efficiency and productivity while upholding the highest safety standards.
Provide strategic direction and best practices for SOPs and regulatory compliance.
Oversee development and implementation of practices that boost productivity and efficiency.
Manage operational assets effectively to achieve company objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Hold an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
Bachelor’s degree and qualified for operations under 14 CFR Part 121.
Meet CFR Part 119.67(a) qualification requirements to serve as a Part 119 Director of Operations and Common Minimum Qualifications.
5-8 years’ pilot experience, including 3 years as Pilot-In-Command under Parts 135 or 121.
Experience in airline management or as an instructor.
Proven ability to write technical documents or literature.
Strong understanding of aviation safety standards, Federal Aviation Regulations, and operations specifications.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills and authorized to work in the U.S.
