Location: Ankeny, Iowa

[redacted] is seeking a safety-focused, professional Learjet 45 First Officer for our Part 135 charter operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, a team-oriented attitude, and a commitment to exceptional passenger service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in conducting safe flights in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

• Support flight planning, weather review, aircraft inspections, and cockpit preparation.

• Coordinate with the Captain, scheduling, and maintenance to support reliable operations.

• Assist with passenger boarding, baggage handling, and cabin readiness.

Minimum Requirements

• 1,000 hours total flight time.

• FAA Commercial Pilot certificate with multiengine land and instrument ratings.

• Current FAA 2nd-Class Medical.

• Meet applicable Part 135 SIC qualifications and company insurance requirements.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Learjet 45 type rating or previous jet experience.

• Previous Part 135 charter experience.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
