Position Summary
[Company] is seeking an experienced and motivated First Officer to join our Challenger 604/605 flight operations team.
This position is ideal for pilots who enjoy international flying, dynamic schedules, and operating alongside highly experienced crews in a modern business aviation environment.
Candidates must be comfortable operating extended multi-day trips and should expect to fly full duty blocks while away from base. Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
2,000+ Total Flight Hours
500+ Multi-Engine Flight Hours
Multi-Crew Flight Experience (Required)
Valid Canadian ATPL or CPL with IATRA (ATPL preferred)
Valid Group 1 Instrument Rating
Valid Category 1 Medical
Valid Canadian Passport with unrestricted international travel privileges
Ability to obtain U.S., European, and other international entry clearances
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages considered an asset)
Preferred
Business aviation experience
Challenger 604/605 type rating
International operational experience
RVSM, PBN, NAT HLA, CPDLC, and Oceanic procedures experience
Previous Part 704/705 or equivalent corporate jet experience
Responsibilities
Safely operate Challenger 604/605 aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Assist the Captain in all phases of flight planning and execution.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Deliver exceptional customer service to executive and VIP clientele.
Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, customs, and ground handling providers worldwide.
Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Participate in recurrent training and company safety programs.
Represent [Company] with professionalism both in the air and on the ground.

Our crews operate worldwide and should be prepared for:
Multi-day international trips
Extended duty rotations

Weekend and holiday operations as required
