Challenger 300 Captain
Location: Van Nuys, California (KVNY)
Aircraft: Challenger 300 (CL30)
Compensation: $220,000 – $240,000 annually
Schedule: 15 Days On / 13 Days Off Rotation
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Challenger 300 Captain to join a high-performing flight department based in Van Nuys, CA. This is a dedicated, full-time position operating a well-maintained CL30 in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings prior CL30 captain experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional service.
This is a rotational position offering a 15-on / 13-off schedule, providing predictable time off while maintaining operational excellence. This position can be home based.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Pilot in Command on the Challenger 300
Ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations in compliance with all FAA regulations
Oversee flight planning, weather review, and operational risk management
Maintain the highest standards of passenger service and professionalism
Coordinate with maintenance and operations to ensure aircraft readiness
Complete required training and maintain currency in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior Challenger 300 (CL30) Captain experience required
500 hours Time in Type
ATP Certificate
First Class Medical
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and operational best practices
Exceptional decision-making and leadership skills
Ability to work within a 15/13 rotation schedule
Must be able to report to Van Nuys, CA as home base
