This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars.
This internship will be located in SeaTac, WA. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Key Duties
Update and maintain digital library of pilot records.
Analyze Flight Ops delay data and draw conclusions regarding potential opportunities for improvement.
Provide base support for all current pilot bases.
Partner with inflight on crew events and activities.
Provide records retention oversight for chief pilot office in compliance of policies.
Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of a dynamic work environment.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in professional aviation or a related field, with a focus on becoming a pilot.
Private Pilot license with 50 hours minimum flight time.
Versed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize projects and work independently.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
