Please submit an updated CV, indicating total flight hours, hours as commander, and hours on a 737, a cover letter, and availability at your operating base/location.
Command of the B-737 aircraft and supervision of the flight at all stages (preparation, take-off, cruise, landing)
Coordination with the First Officer and the technical and on-board crew to ensure that all procedures are followed in compliance with EASA, ENAC regulations and Aeroitalia internal procedures
Management of flight safety, operational punctuality, passenger service quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Collaboration with Operations Management, Maintenance, Dispatch and other company functions to ensure operational efficiency and timely resolution of any critical issues
Active participation in training, briefing, debriefing activities and contribution to the continuous improvement of procedures
Maximum age: 60 years old
Total flight hours on B-737 or equivalent aircraft: > 5,000 hours
Hours as Captain on B-737 or equivalent aircraft: > 1,500 hours
Hours on B-737: > 500 hours
Excellent knowledge of working English
EASA certificate (or recognized national equivalent) valid to operate B-737
Availability to operate at a location other than Rome, according to company needs
Flexibility and adaptation to the operational needs of the company (shifts, international flights, base changes, any special missions)
Professional with solid experience on B-737 or equivalent aircraft, looking for a stimulating environment in which to grow and actively contribute to the expansion of the company
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and willing to work in dynamic environments
Propensity for change, adaptability and decision-making autonomy in compliance with procedures
Particular attention to safety, punctuality and quality of service
Contract Type: Fixed-term 6 months, with possibility of renewal - CCAL
