Position Overview

As a member of our flight crew, you will help ensure every mission is conducted safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate company aircraft in accordance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

• Obtain and maintain required aircraft type ratings and complete all recurrent training requirements.

• Maintain a current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.

• Demonstrate exceptional airmanship, sound judgment, and professionalism throughout all phases of flight.

• Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, including:

  • Weight and balance calculations

  • Aircraft performance analysis

  • Fuel planning

  • Route and alternate airport selection

  • International flight planning and permit coordination

  • Flight plan preparation and filing

• Ensure aircraft readiness, including cabin presentation, catering, stocking, and overall mission preparation.

• Evaluate aircraft airworthiness and exercise operational authority regarding flight dispatch.

• Maintain effective communication with the Flight Department regarding schedule and operational changes.

• Support departmental initiatives and contribute to administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time

• Turbine PIC experience with at least one aircraft type rating

• International flight operations experience
