Position Overview
As a member of our flight crew, you will help ensure every mission is conducted safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities
Safely operate company aircraft in accordance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Obtain and maintain required aircraft type ratings and complete all recurrent training requirements.
Maintain a current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
Demonstrate exceptional airmanship, sound judgment, and professionalism throughout all phases of flight.
Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, including:
Weight and balance calculations
Aircraft performance analysis
Fuel planning
Route and alternate airport selection
International flight planning and permit coordination
Flight plan preparation and filing
Ensure aircraft readiness, including cabin presentation, catering, stocking, and overall mission preparation.
Evaluate aircraft airworthiness and exercise operational authority regarding flight dispatch.
Maintain effective communication with the Flight Department regarding schedule and operational changes.
Support departmental initiatives and contribute to administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
Turbine PIC experience with at least one aircraft type rating
International flight operations experience
