Phenom 300E Captain
Scottsdale, Arizona | Full-Time | Part 91 and Part 135 | Approximately 300-400 Flight Hours per Year
[Company] is seeking an experienced Phenom 300E Captain for a full-time position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position supports both Part 91 owner flying and Part 135 charter operations and is best suited for a pilot who is current in the aircraft and comfortable operating in an active flying environment.
We are looking for a professional Captain who combines technical proficiency and sound judgment with strong communication, teamwork, aircraft care, and exceptional passenger service.
Position Overview
Serve as Captain and Pilot in Command of the Phenom 300E in Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
Fly approximately 300 to 400 hours annually.
Operate under an at-home, on-call schedule.
Conduct flights safely and efficiently in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and sound operating judgment.
Coordinate proactively with fellow crewmembers and Pinnacleâs operations, maintenance, and charter teams.
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the aircraft remains clean, organized, secure, and passenger-ready.
Provide attentive, discreet service and represent [Company] professionally during every passenger interaction.
Participate in Pinnacleâs Safety Management System and support a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
EMB-505 type rating.
Minimum 500 hours in the Phenom 300/300E.
Current and proficient in the Phenom 300/300E.
Previous Part 135 Captain experience.
Ability to satisfy all company, regulatory, training, checking, currency, and aircraft-insurance requirements.
Strong record of safe, professional flight operations and effective crew resource management.
Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Valid passport and authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1,000 hours in the Phenom 300/300E.
Significant Phenom 300/300E Pilot in Command experience.
Recent simulator-based EMB-505 recurrent training.
Experience in a high-utilization mixed Part 91 and Part 135 operation.
Demonstrated record of proactive communication, aircraft care, teamwork, and high-level passenger service.
