Position Summary
Pilots are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft on domestic and international assignments conducted under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The PIC serves as the leader of the flight crew and is responsible for ensuring operational compliance, passenger safety, and the delivery of a first-class customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFlight Operations
Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.
Operate domestic and international flights under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to ensure passenger and crew safety.
Maintain complete compliance with company operational standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all flight planning, documentation, and operational requirements are completed accurately.
Passenger Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the flight.
Greet passengers and assist with boarding, seating, and luggage storage.
Conduct passenger safety briefings and respond professionally to passenger requests.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Crew Leadership & Professionalism
Maintain effective crew resource management (CRM) and crew coordination.

Compliance & Safety
Maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Maintain knowledge of all applicable FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
Demonstrate knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international operating procedures.
Participate in company safety initiatives, training programs, and compliance activities.
Support [Company]'s Safety Management System (SMS) and operational risk management processes.
Qualifications Required
Impeccable safety record.
FAA ATP Certificate or Commercial Pilot Certificate with ATP written completed.
FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Valid Driver's License.
Valid Passport with ability to travel internationally.

3,000 Hours Total Flight Time.

Additional Requirements
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to pass pilot records review, criminal background checks, fingerprinting, and driving record verification.
