[Company] is seeking a highly organized Training Coordinator to work closely with our Director of Training. This role ensures flight crews are fully trained and compliant with FAA Part 91 & 135 requirements, coordinates pilot onboarding, manages training records, and supports FAA and vendor training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate pilot onboarding, training schedules, and days off.
Manage internal and external training records and maintain compliance with FAA regulations.
Liaise with FAA and training vendors to schedule and track required training.
Support FAA audits, DER Drug & Alcohol Program, and check airmen/center approvals.
Maintain flight operating and pilot record systems (JetInsight, PRD, Wyvern, ARGUS, NATA, etc.).
Assist leadership with onboarding, special projects, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years aviation experience OR 5+ years aviation experience including 2+ years management.
Knowledge of FAR 135 pilot training and record-keeping requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, flexible, and a professional team player.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage Range: $22-25
