About the Role
Primary Duties:
Scrutiny of received TLP’s and uploading of utilisation to maintain accurate records of product life.
Accurate and complete work package preparation.
Timely forecasting and planning of packaged events.
Co-ordinate unscheduled maintenance support as and when necessary.
Identify Critical and Similar Systems Maintenance tasks ordered and ensure error capturing control methods necessary are stipulated within work order.
Raise RFQ’s for maintenance work packages to MRO’s, assess and present to customer via Key Account for approval.
Liaise with selected MRO’s to book slots and coordinate supply of necessary ICA and DCAF procedures
Review completed work packages for compliance with applicable regulations, e.g. CAR M & CAR145 & DCAF procedures.
Post maintenance event updating of soft and hard copy technical records.
Establish AMP against all company, regulatory, OEM, STC, Modification, Repair & AD requirements and recommendations.
Track Aircraft Maintenance Program amendments and incorporate within pre-defined timelines for regulatory approval.
Ensure aircraft, engines, and modification logbooks are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
Management and archiving of operation and maintenance records
Provide AOG support & cooperation to company operated aircraft.
Perform tasks iaw DCAF published procedures
Perform additional tasks as requested by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
Engineering degree, or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in the aviation industry
Strong understanding of CAMO requirements and regulations

Ability to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UAE/EASA CAR/PART M/Part 21 & 145
Practical Knowledge of CAMP,AMOS & MS Office
