Purpose of Position

The Pilot Instructor delivers exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients receiving core, specialty or enrichment training courses.

• Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet the client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for qualification, or additional training.

• Complete accurate training records specific to each client, aiding their success in achieving the requested objective(s).

• Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.

• Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Maintenir les qualifications des instructeurs conformément aux exigences réglementaires.

Minimum Experience:

• Hold or have held FAA  ATP and  EASA ATPL licences

• Have at least 1,500 hours as a pilot of multi-pilot aircraft

• This position requires at least 1,500 hours in multi-pilot operations and at least 500 hours of flight time as PIC on single pilot aircraft

Expérience Minimale :

• Détenir ou avoir été titulaire d’une licence de pilote professionnel de l’EASA (CPL / ATPL).

• 1500 heures minimum sur avion CS 25 (SFI multi-équipage) ou CS 23 (SFI simple/multi pilote).

• Ce poste exige au moins 1 500 heures de vol en opérations multipilotes et au moins 500 heures de vol en tant que PIC sur un aéronef monopilote

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excellent fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications, i.e. the ability to speak, understand, read and write.

• Excellent listening skills
