This role executes Inflight standards programs and assessments under the direction of the Manager, Inflight & Standards, and is responsible for monitoring compliance, conducting evaluations, and providing documented findings and recommendations to leadership.
Support the development and implementation of Inflight service standards, ensuring compliance while integrating technology and safety, under the direction of the Manager, Inflight & Standards.
Execute standards monitoring activities and document year-over-year compliance trends, findings, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with FA Training to support and assess the execution of Recurrent Standards rides, ensuring alignment with approved standards and accurate documentation.
Support alignment between NJA and NJE standards when feasible, collaborating with NJE stakeholders on standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the development, deployment, and refinement of standards-related Owner surveys, including data review, tracking, and analysis to maintain a meaningful pulse on the Owner experience.
Partner with Content Developers to ensure inflight standards documentation, guidance, and media are accurate, compliant, and current.
Manage inflight standards-related media and communications, including the FA Ops App, FA Bi-Weekly Newsletter, and other standards-focused channels.
Support SDP Conferences and Inflight leadership programs through content development, coordination, and delivery support.
Collaborate with internal partners, including Flight Operations and Owner Services, to proactively ensure Owner profiles are updated and refined, with the overall goal of providing consistent, personalized service delivery.
Serve as a subject matter expert to support alignment with Global 5 Senses initiatives and related service -procedures.
Ensure the execution of Safety and regulatory standards.
Investigate standards and service delivery inconsistencies, documenting root causes and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor professionalism and service execution trends across the FA group, escalating concerns and recommendations as appropriate.
Partner with Flight Operations and vendors to ensure Flight Attendants are equipped with the tools, resources, and information required to deliver world-class service and hospitality, aligned with NetJets Service Framework.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance the inflight experience for Owners.
