Cintas is seeking a Flight Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating company personnel travel requests. The position coordinates trips for internal customers by optimal combination of available aircraft, crews, and departure and destination needs, while providing excellent customer service and follow up. This position will assist the Chief Pilot with flight department administration while providing safe transportation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for US and foreign customs immigration requirements for international flights and for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program verification for passengers and crew.
Schedules and plans executive travel on the company aircraft in compliance with FAA and company regulation.
Evaluate and ensure records management and documentation pertaining to corporate flight manuals, flight charters are maintained. Compile and prepare reports for internal and external tasks such as fire department and Federal Aviation Authority
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation business travel required.
