Principal Duties and Responsibilities
This position will support the [Company] Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the company's [Company] fleet.
Interns will interface with the Flight Operations Supervisor, Directors, Chief Pilots, Dispatch Senior Manager and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects that enhance processes and efficiencies for all mission-specific [Company] fleets (e.g., production test, demonstration, Airborne Customer Support).
Complete assigned projects and work plans that include - but are not limited to – flight safety systems, business intelligence/analytics, flight operations, and aeronautical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
Support efficient work practices and processes.
Additional Functions
Comply with safety rules and procedures.
Ensure application of all [Company] regulations and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, or a related field.
Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above.
Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
Must have reliable transportation.
