[Company] is currently seeking a full-time Charter Sales Associate for our Charter division to oversee the sales division.
Essential Job Tasks
Maintain and update tracking sheet and stacking chart
Handle incoming calls and web inquires for wholesale and retail client charter requests
Prepare personalized quotes, sales documents, and client agreements
Follow up and diligently maintain the new inquiry process
Utilize CRM (jetinsight.com) to enter, track, and grow client contacts
Book, accommodate changes to, and confirm details for charter trips
Relay all client requests to flight ops team
Follow up with clients to ensure a successful charter experience
Meet and greet customers arriving or departing on a flight, as available
Assist Flight Operations in aircraft sourcing efforts
Basic understanding and application of aviation regulations FAR Part 91 & Part 135
Coordinate with Flight Operations Team to deliver superior and consistent levels of service
Proactively manage charter client accounts
Periodically visit customers and participate in trade shows and exhibits
Constantly seek ways to be aware of all industry developments and competitive interests
Participate in [Company] training programs

Work Environment
This position requires the ability to work near moving mechanical parts.
Withstand outdoor weather conditions within an open air hangar and on the flight line for extended periods.
The noise level may be loud and use of headset is required.
Willing and able to work extended duty periods on sequential days, as well as a varied schedule, including early morning, nights, overnights and weekends.
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Constantly operates a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication
Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently
Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.
Travel
Travel up to 25% of the time, including nights, weekends, holidays and overnight stays. Able to work extended hours with lack of scheduling control and be ready to report to work with little notice.
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar manager level position
Minimum 5 years of 135 operations experience
Knowledge of Jet insight a plus
Must pass background check
Ability to work offsite on call during nights, weekends, and/or holidays on a rotating schedule
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
