This position is contingent upon contract award
Operational Management:
Managing cabin crew schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with airline policies
Resource Management:
Collaborating with the network planning department to allocate resources for flights
Performance Management:
Evaluating and providing feedback on cabin crew performance, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying training needs.
Hiring and Interviewing: Conducting hiring interviews and making staffing decisions
Training and Development mentoring new cabin crew members and providing ongoing training
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
Demonstrated customer service experience
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with a part 121 air carrier
Demonstrated knowledge of FAA aviation safety regulations and procedure
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Live in Las Vegas area
Pass medical exam/fit to fly certification
Between 5 ft and 6ft 1
Must be in possession of a valid US Passport
All employees are required to pass the fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 as well as a pre-employment drug screen
