PURPOSE:
Provide safe and efficient passenger travel domestically and Internationally on the Rite Hite corporate aircraft consisting of a G550 and Citation X for the Mike White Family, Sixsibs, executives, company officials and customers, while operating in compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations, Required Flight Safety Aircraft Training. Also, assist the Chief Pilot in reposition of the Rite Hite corporate aircraft to ensure required aircraft maintenance is completed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate the Rite Hite corporate aircraft in the most safe and efficient environments and locations in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration, Aircraft Operating limitations and company procedures.
Conduct aircraft pre- and post-flight operations to include but not limited to aircraft weight and balance, daily aircraft performance charts (APG) and aircraft limitations. Determine the safest airport destination regarding current weather conditions, airport altitude, aircraft performance and temperatures. Proper selection of fixed base operations (FBOs) for fuel pricing, ramp/overnight fees, passenger amenities and transportation services.
Will be required to keep up to date subscription services for Foreflight, APG, Planebook (G550), Fltplan.com Eapis and other regulatory manuals for domestic and international travels.
While on the road use the most cost effective use of the Rite Hite corporate aircraft through safe and efficient route planning, destination and scheduling if/when details change and/or unexpected aircraft malfunctions occur.
Aircraft cleaning will consist of but NOT limited to: Exterior wipe down of the G550 and Citation X when needed, vacuuming and wiping down the interior after every flight, restocking of consumables for the White Family, Sixsibs, executives and customers, verifying the appropriate stock is on board.
Hangar duties will include but not limited to Vacuuming of the offices and lounges, cleaning the bathrooms and hangar floor on a weekly basis, snow plowing of the ramp, shoveling, following proper towing limitations while towing in/out aircraft.
Pilot training will be conducted bi-annually through Flight Safety International. Aviation knowledge and skills will also be maintained through publications to include but not limited to Aviation Safety, IFR procedures, Business and Commercial Aviation and specific aircraft manufacturer updates, periodicals and service/safety operational bulletins.
Administrative requirements will include but not limited to preparation of flight logs, squak sheets, pilot log books, any FAA correspondence that may be required, policies and procedures, daily review of the company flight calendar and the BART flight scheduling program.
Maintain Milwaukee Mitchell Badging requirements

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maximize cost effective utilization of the company aircraft through efficient scheduling.
Transport company officials, customers and passengers in a safe and professional manner.
Transport the Rite Hite corporate aircraft to maintenance facilities in a safe efficient manor in compliance with FAA standards.
Complete required aircraft hangar facility maintenance as assigned in a timely and effective manner.
Effectively upgrade and maintain required aviation knowledge and skills through completion of ongoing education to maximize flight safety.
Other duties may be assigned.
