Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hawker 800/900 Captain to join our dynamic aviation team. This pivotal role involves commanding turbojet aircraft within complex flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities
Command and operate Hawker 800/900 series turbojet aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations including FAR Part 121, FAR Part 135, and FAR Part 91.
Lead flight planning, navigation, and execution under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) while adhering to FAA and international standards and recommended practices (SARPs).
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, aircraft maintenance requirements, and operational procedures during each flight.
Manage communication with air traffic control, demonstrating excellent intercultural communication skills.
Oversee crew coordination, team management, and training to maintain high levels of professionalism and operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough pre-flight briefings covering weather conditions, route planning, emergency procedures, weight & balance, performance calculations and customer service expectations.
Maintain detailed flight logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation as mandated by aviation authorities.
Experience
Proven experience piloting Hawker 800, 800XP, 750XP, 900XP or similar business jets with a strong background in turbojet aircraft operation.
Extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), including Parts 121, 135, and 91 governing commercial and private flight operations.
Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams within high-pressure environments; military experience is highly valued.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and standards for domestic and international flight safety and operations.
Skilled in commanding multi-engine aircraft with a focus on safety, precision flying, and customer service excellence.
Experience in managing complex flight operations involving both domestic and international routes under IFR conditions.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
