Schedule determined per aircraft assignment
Schedule flexibility required to meet client and aircraft owner travel demands
International and domestic travel assigned
Where you Make Your Mark:
As a First Officer at [Company], you'll support safe flight operations while delivering exceptional client service. Here's what your role encompasses.
Flight Operations & Safety Excellence
Conduct aircraft operations and related assignments in accordance with Flight Operations Manual and company policies
Ensure compliance with flight/duty-time limitations and rest periods per established policies
Maintain proficiency and competence as required crewmember on assigned aircraft
Support pre-flight planning, weather analysis, and flight preparation activities
Assist Captain with all flight-related duties and emergency procedures
Client Service & Relationship Management
Foster and maintain outstanding client business relationships through friendly and efficient response to travel needs
Provide exceptional passenger service that exceeds expectations and reinforces [Company] standards
Coordinate with flight operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor representing [Company] brand
Handle special client requests and accommodate unique travel requirements
Professional Development & Team Collaboration
Participate in ongoing training and recertification programs to maintain currency
Collaborate effectively with Captains, flight operations team, and maintenance personnel

Support crew resource management principles during all flight operations

What Will Make You Successful:
Required Skills & Experience:
1,500 hours total flying time
500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) total time
Commercial Multi-Engine/Instrument Rating
Current 2nd Class Medical (renewed every 12 months)
Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91
Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations
Valid state driver's license
Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
Ability to read and respond to email communications
Computer skills for word processing, email, and web-based/mobile applications
Additional Qualities That Will Make You Successful
ATP Certification preferred
1st Class Medical strongly preferred
Experience in Part 135 or corporate flight operations
Strong preference for candidates that have completed initial or recurrent training in HS-125XP type within preceding 12 months
Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
Passionate attention to detail and ability to work in team atmosphere
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
Customer service experience in high-end or luxury environments
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
