Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international trip planning, including routing, permits, weather, NOTAMs, and operational requirements.
Serve as a central liaison between flight crews, maintenance, dispatch, and third‑party service providers, fostering a collaborative and solutions‑oriented environment.
Ensure all aircraft movements are executed in accordance with Part 91/135 regulations and Clearview’s operational standards.
Prepare and distribute both crew‑facing and client‑facing trip briefs with accuracy and professionalism.
Monitor active flights, providing real‑time support and resolving operational issues with a calm, leadership‑driven approach.
Provide comprehensive support to flight crews for owner and charter missions, ensuring they have all required trip details, documentation, and resources to operate safely and efficiently.
Assist with coordinating crew scheduling by ensuring pilots receive timely updates on upcoming trips, duty expectations, and logistical details, while supporting the primary scheduler in maintaining compliance with duty/rest requirements.
Monitor schedule changes and proactively flag potential conflicts, rest‑period concerns, or operational impacts, demonstrating strong operational judgment.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with pilots before and after each trip to address operational needs, gather feedback, and reinforce a positive, team‑driven culture.
Support charter quoting, feasibility checks, and aircraft availability assessments.
Collaborate with the charter sales team to ensure operational considerations are accurately reflected in pricing and trip planning.
Uphold Clearview’s premium service standards by delivering responsive, polished, and client‑focused communication.
Assist with maintaining all operational documentation, flight logs, and regulatory records.
Coordinate on matters related to operational inefficiencies, maintenance status, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure all operational activities align with FAA, DOT, and international regulatory requirements.
2–5 years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or charter coordination.
Strong understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 operational requirements.
Proficiency with aviation scheduling/operations platforms (e.g., JetInsight, Avinode, FlightBridge, ForeFlight).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with high‑net‑worth clients and flight crews.
Ability to work varying hours to support operational needs, consistent with industry expectations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Experience supporting ultra‑long‑range or large‑cabin business jets (Falcon, Gulfstream, Global).
Familiarity with international operations, EASA environments, and non‑contiguous U.S. flying.
Prior charter sales or quoting experience.
