We are seeking an expert airline pilot to ensure a valued flight experience for our company leaders and associates. The pilot will fly up to five passengers in the corporate aircraft housed in a hangar at the Fairfield Municipal Airport in Iowa. The pilot will perform pre-flight checks to ensure optimal safety. The pilot will develop a flight plan to account for aircraft performance, altitude, fuel, and weather conditions.
The applicant must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays to meet the requirements of our client's dynamic schedule. The anticipated number of flight hours per year is up to 200. It is expected that the candidate can travel to the Fairfield Municipal Airport within 24 hours of a requested flight.

Essential Duties
Operate company aircraft for business and executive travel, ensuring safe and efficient flights
Perform pre-flight checks, including verifying aircraft systems, fuel levels, weight and balance, and weather conditions
Develop and file flight plans in compliance with FAA regulations
Communicate with air traffic control during flight, ensuring adherence to flight paths and schedules
Monitor aircraft systems throughout the flight and troubleshoot as necessary
Maintain detailed records of flight hours, maintenance logs, and any incidents or anomalies
Ensure all regulatory compliance, including FAA requirements, company policies, and safety protocols
Perform routine maintenance checks, coordinate with maintenance crews, and ensure aircraft is airworthy
Assist with aircraft cleaning, stocking, and preparation for flights
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring comfort and safety during flight
Maintain professional knowledge of new aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices
Support other aviation-related duties as required by the company
Education & Experience
Five or more years of related experience, education and/or training
Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, including 1,500 hours as pilot-in-command.
Minimum of 1,500 hours of experience with retractable gear
Minimum of 1,000 hours of Turbine experience
Experience in corporate or private aviation is preferred
Experience with multi-engine aircraft and jets preferred
Experience flying international routes preferred
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate ratings (ATP preferred)
Valid First-Class Medical Certificate
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and air traffic control procedures
Proficient in-flight planning, navigation, and aviation software
Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a calm demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety and risk management
Certificates & Licenses
Current Commercial Pilot’s License from the Federal Aviation Administration
Current Airline Transport License
Federal Aviation Administration Class II Medical Certificate

Operational Experience with a SOCATA TBM 700, TBM 850 or Daher TBM preferred
