We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Flight Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aviation and a commitment to educating aspiring pilots. This role involves providing comprehensive flight training, ensuring that students understand both the theoretical and practical aspects of flying. The Flight Instructor will play a crucial role in developing future aviators while adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations.
Responsibilities
Educate students on flight principles, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Conduct classroom instruction covering topics such as Airframe systems, navigation, and meteorology.
Develop and implement effective curriculum tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Provide hands-on flight training, ensuring students can apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and ensure compliance during training sessions.
Utilize public speaking skills to engage students and foster an interactive learning environment.
Support students with varying backgrounds, including multilingual learners, to enhance their understanding of aviation concepts.
Requirements
750+ total time
CSEL/CFI/CFII
Proven experience working with students in an educational or training capacity.
Strong understanding of Airframe systems and aviation operations.
Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Experience in curriculum development is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations is essential for maintaining compliance during instruction.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for assisting a diverse student population.
Must hold a valid Pilots license, Flight Instructor privileges, and medical certificate.
Seeking
Cirrus background as a instructor or as a student.
Maintenance background or Part 135 background.
Customer service oriented.
A flexible individual willing to work weekends and travel.
Skills that are valuable to building a company.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
