Our Flight Training Department is seeking a highly qualified Instructor Pilot to join our BE-99 Flight Training team. This role is primarily instructional, supporting ground, simulator, and aircraft training across multiple locations.
In this position, you will help shape the next generation of [Company] pilots while building a career within our Flight Training department. Successful instructors may have opportunities to advance into Check Airman, Program Manager and other operational leadership roles.
Denver, CO based, but requires significant travel
Ground and simulator instruction conducted in Denver, and in-aircraft instruction conducted at various [Company] bases throughout the United States
New instructors will complete a 90-day operational immersion TDY assignment providing line coverage while gaining operational experience and familiarization with [Company] procedures prior to assuming full instructor responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ground school, simulator, and flight training for new hire pilots, upgrading First Officers and recurrent training for currently qualified crewmembers
Facilitate online/virtual training sessions as required
Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and training standards
Evaluate pilot performance and provide constructive feedback and documentation
Support curriculum development and training program enhancements
Maintain standardization across training platforms and locations
Provide line coverage as needed during peak operational needs, or when not engaged in training duties

Requirements
Previous experience in BE99, King Air or similar multi-engine turboprop aircraft strongly preferred
Commercial Pilot License multi-engine land with instrument rating, high performance and complex endorsements
CFI, CFII required – MEI strongly preferred
Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions
1,200 TT, 500 PIC, 500 hours XC (defined as point to point), 50 multi, 75 hours instrument (50 must be in aircraft), 100 hours night. 500 multi preferred
Prior Part 121 or Part 135 airline training experience strongly preferred
Experience with simulator instruction environments
Familiarity with advanced training technologies / LMS platforms
Previous involvement in training program development or standardization
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
MuCurrent Passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction
First Class or Second-Class Medical
English Proficient
Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check
Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria
