Basic Function:
The Citation XLS Pilot is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and client expectations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Arrive for scheduled flights on time.
Ensure the aircraft is clean and fully stocked prior to passenger arrival.
Fly the aircraft in accordance with all manufacturer's procedures and FAA regulations
Conducting pre-flight planning, weather analysis, and aircraft inspections
Executing flights under Part 135 operations with precision and professionalism
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards
Communicating effectively with flight control, crew members, and clients
Managing international and domestic flight logistics, including customs and documentation
Maintaining accurate flight records and contributing to post-flight reporting
Representing the company with a high level of integrity and service throughout each mission
Preferred Qualifications
Type rating in Citation XL/XLS (preferred but not required)
Experience in charter operations
Familiarity with scheduling platforms and EFB systems
Strong customer service orientation
Required Qualifications
1000+ hours total time
250+ hours multi-engine time
Previous turbine experience required
ATP certificate required
No restrictions on international travel (valid passport required)
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and Part 135 operations
Excellent decision-making and crew resource management skills
