Description
The Chief Pilot will be responsible for the management of the Gulfstream G280 in a busy Part 91 environment. The successful candidate will report to Senior Management while leading two additional Pilots. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Fly company aircraft while stressing safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Schedule and supervisor other company Pilots.
Track and oversee required aircraft, hangar, and equipment maintenance.
Arrange and schedule required initial/recurrent training for all Pilots.
Ensure aircraft and hangar cleanliness.
Perform and supervisor Line Services (self-fueling, aircraft towing, etc.).
Ensure aircraft galley and hangar are stocked with necessary supplies.
Arrange rental cars for passengers as necessary.
Other administrative duties such as annual budget, invoice approval, etc., which may be performed remotely.
Must be available for contact 24/7 via company provided cell phone.
Ensure high availability to meet travel demands as they arise.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
G280 PIC Type Rating
ATP License
3000 Total Hours, 1000 Jet Hours, 250 Hours of Gulfstream G280 experience
1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate
Valid passport
Reside within 100 miles of Sioux City, IA

Physical Requirements
Tolerance for sitting long periods of time. Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like, using feet and left and / or hands and arms. Balancing, stopping, kneeling, reaching, standing, and walking required. Talking and hearing important spoken instructions and the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Ability to travel as required to perform core job duties.
