Position: Director of Training
Location: Fort LauderdaleāHollywood International Airport (FLL)

We are an ARGUS Platinum aircraft charter and management company dedicated to delivering the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an accomplished and motivated Director of Training to lead all aspects of our Part 135 training program and ensure the continued development of our flight crew members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all flight crew training programs under Part 135.
Oversee curriculum development, training records, instructor standardization, and compliance tracking.
Report to Chief Pilot and work closely with the Vice President of Flight Operations and Director of Operations to ensure full adherence to FAA regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with training providers, Check Airmen, and internal departments to maintain training schedules and ensure timely completion of all required training events.
Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs, SOPs, and learning materials to support operational improvements and safety initiatives.
Monitor training performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions where needed.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, leadership, and crew development throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of PIC experience in part 135 or 121 operator.
Relevant experience as a Director of Training, Training Manager, Chief Pilot, Assistant Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, or Assistant Director of Operations under Part 121 or Part 135 2 is beneficial.
Strong understanding of FAA training regulations, training program approval processes, and operational best practices.
Proven leadership skills with an ability to mentor and develop flight crews and training staff.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated success managing complex training schedules and meeting regulatory deadlines.
