Position Summary
As a Corporate Pilot, you will join a professional flight department dedicated to providing safe, seamless, and high-touch air transportation for our company’s executive leadership and guests. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, exceptional judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. You will operate in a collaborative crew environment, alternating between Captain and First Officer duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities
Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) on domestic and international flights, ensuring all operations comply with FAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and performance calculations.
Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and maintain a culture of proactive risk mitigation.
Provide a premium "white-glove" experience for passengers, assisting with baggage, catering coordination, and ground transportation as needed.
Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of the aircraft; coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and mission-ready.
Maintain accurate flight logs, expense reports, and training records.
Required Qualifications
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating.
Current FAA 1ST or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.
Minimum of 3,000 hours total time, with at least 1,000 hours as PIC and 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.
Valid U.S. Passport and the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
Clean FAA record with no prior accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions.
Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Desired Qualifications
Current type rating in the G280 preferred but not required.
Previous experience in Part 91 corporate flight operations.
Proficiency with ForeFlight, Jeppesen charts, and modern avionics suites
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working closely with executive leadership.
