We are seeking a skilled pilot to join our aviation department and help maintain a culture of safety and efficiency, while delivering top-tier customer service. As Pilot in Command (PIC) on scheduled flights, you’ll work under the Senior Captain’s operational authority.
Responsibilities:
Earn the trust of passengers and flight department members.
Act as a technical expert on assigned aircraft, operations, and maintenance.
Analyze weather conditions and make informed mission decisions.
Make key decisions on flight starts, delays, cancellations, and route deviations based on conditions.
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to regulations and flight standards.
Ensure the aircraft is clean, safe, and ready for passenger comfort.
Meet schedules and follow all applicable regulations and flight standards.
Prepare detailed flight and contingency plans (weight, balance, fuel, performance).
Perform thorough preflight inspections.
Use aircraft checklists and follow SOPs.
Oversee flight and cabin crew, promote teamwork, and mentor emerging aviation professionals.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Participate in special projects and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Certification: G550 Type Rating required, G650 Type Rating preferred. Valid FAA Class I medical.
Experience: Preferred 5000 hours total time, 2000 hours turbine time, 1500 hours as PIC, and 500 hours in large cabin corporate aircraft.
Solid experience in 14 CFR Part 91 or 135 environments, with strong knowledge of regulations, ICAO standards, SOPs, and meteorological reports.
Large cabin Gulfstream experience preferred.
Skills: Strong technical background, interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of positive interactions with the FAA.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split days off in a 24/7 environment.
Pay Range: $164,000 – $280,000 USD
